Job summary

BD is seeking a Systems Solutions Consultant to provide end-to-end solution management for pharmacy automation and outpatient pharmacy portfolio. This role supports pre-sales to post-implementation and collaborates with teams to optimize LTC and outpatient pharmacy workflows.

Based in the US, travel up to 75% required, bringing deep knowledge of pharmacy operations and BD dispensing solutions to customers, delivering strategic roadmaps and ensuring alignment with customer goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare or pharmacy related operations.
Lean six sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides sales consultation and workflow analysis of outpatient and long-term care pharmacy services. Identifies inefficiencies, safety concerns, revenue opportunities, and regulatory gaps; redesigns workflows with BD solutions.
Provides clinical consulting support to develop customer-specific BD solution roadmaps and remains engaged through the lifecycle.
Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Implementation & Support teams and Training to ensure alignment and success.
Applies healthcare industry knowledge to provide clinical input for product development and software enhancements.
