Job summary

Flywheel seeks a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead zero-to-one product development across emerging commerce platforms, data products, AI-enabled workflows, and integrations. You will guide discovery from problem definition through prototype, strategy, roadmap, launch, and iteration, collaborating with Engineering, Data, Design, and executive leadership.

Qualifications

7+ years of product management, product strategy, or equivalent software leadership experience.
Experience delivering products involving APIs, integrations, and multi-system workloads.
Ability to develop a validated product strategy from ambiguity and drive it through launch and iteration.

Responsibilities

Lead zero-to-one product discovery and development for social commerce, data integrations, and AI-enabled workflows.
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap across Flywheel Ventures’ initiatives.
Use rapid prototypes, user research, and experiments to validate ideas before significant engineering investment.
Own roadmap prioritization based on customer value, GMV/revenue potential, and technical feasibility.
Translate business needs into clear requirements, epics, user stories, and measurable release plans.
Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Design, Operations, Sales, Legal, Security, and leadership to deliver scalable products.
