Job summary

Novo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the platform surface area that connects, activates, and deepens value for small businesses in their first 90 days and beyond. You will lead DDA onboarding, invoicing workflows, and a rich integrations ecosystem, with a focus on AI-enabled improvements and data-driven decisions.

The role requires hands-on leadership across platform tooling, experimentation, and governance, partnering with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing to ship scalable

Qualifications

• Own and ship platform, tooling, or integration products in fintech or SMB tech.
• Understand SMB financial workflows, invoicing, payments, and cash flow.
• Proven ability to translate customer insight into data-driven product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the DDA onboarding and activation funnel end-to-end.
• Lead end-to-end invoice tooling and workflow improvements.
• Own Novo's integration ecosystem and API strategy for extensibility.
• Design, run, and scale rigorous experimentation programs across the platform.
• Apply AI to enhance SMB interactions and create smart, compliant features.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing to ship durable features.
