Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in product management, with experience owning complex, technical, or platform products in fintech or payments.
• Proven track record of shipping reliable, customer-facing products in a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency with product and cohort data.
• Ability to partner with Engineering and Design, write clear specs, and ship high-quality software on a predictable cadence.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Novo's core banking products, including deposit accounts, money movement, cards, and underlying program infrastructure.
• Define and communicate a clear product vision, value, and target customers for each banking offering.
• Translate company objectives and customer insights into a prioritized banking roadmap alongside executives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Risk, and Compliance to ensure reliable, secure experiences in a regulated fintech landscape.
• Monitor product performance, invest in depth, and maintain a balance between immediate delivery and long-term platform growth.
