Job summary

Gurucul seeks a Principal Product Manager for SIEM and Security Operations to own the strategy and roadmap of Gurucul Next-Gen SIEM. This flagship product requires strong vision and cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Research, UX, and Marketing.

You will work with customers, analysts, and conferences to translate insights into priorities, pilots, and shipped capabilities. The role reports to the VP of Product Management and demands flexibility for a distributed team across time

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or equivalent leadership in enterprise cybersecurity.
• Experience with SIEM/SOC, telemetry, and analytics.
• Ability to define strategy, run pilots, and justify decisions with evidence.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Gurucul Next-Gen SIEM and SecOps.
• Define future SOC capabilities based on practitioner input.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Research, UX, and Marketing.
• Represent product to customers, analysts, and conferences.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales on pricing and go-to-market.
