Job summary

Gurucul in El Segundo, CA, invites a Principal Product Manager to shepherd Insider Risk Management and Gurucul AI Risk and Response from strategy to delivery. You will own roadmaps, understand customer needs, and test ideas with users before development.

You will report to the VP of Product Management, collaborate with Engineering, Research, UX, and Product Marketing, and represent Gurucul with customers, analysts, and industry audiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience in enterprise cybersecurity, insider risk, or related security domain.
• Proven ability to define strategy, roadmaps and product value.
• Strong communication, storytelling and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and ownership for Insider Risk Management and AI Risk and Response.
• Set priorities, build business cases, and align with marketing, sales, and finance.
• Interview buyers, test hypotheses, and validate value before development.
• Partner with engineering to translate problems into clear requirements and user stories.
• Represent Gurucul with customers, analysts, and public audiences.
