Job summary

ALO is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Shop discovery experience—from home to add-to-cart—driving conversion and discovery quality.

You will partner with Engineering, Site Merchandising, and Marketing to define a prioritized roadmap, measure impact with robust metrics, and navigate third-party vendors like Shopify and Bloomreach to deliver a superior omnichannel shopping journey.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, owning discovery surfaces end-to-end.
• Retail e-commerce experience, ideally with elevated customer experience.
• Omnichannel background combining digital and physical retail.
• Hands-on Shopify storefront and content architecture.
• Experience with search vendors (Bloomreach) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, data-driven with AB testing experience.
• Customer-centric approach and excellent communicator.

Responsibilities

• Own Shop end-to-end — home, search, browse, PLP, PDP, and add-to-cart.
• Lead roadmap for Shop and align with Engineering leadership.
• Define success metrics: search, conversion, zero-results, filters, AOV.
• Coordinate with Site Merchandising, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Evaluate build-vs-buy and manage vendor dependencies.
• Partner with Buy and Native App teams on cross-domain roadmaps.
• Ensure platform fluency and localized catalog awareness.
