Job summary

Motive is hiring a Senior Product Manager for Security and Data in Seattle. This hybrid role focuses on defining the strategy, roadmap, and execution of foundational capabilities that strengthen product security, data quality, and customer trust across Motive’s platform.

You will collaborate across engineering, design, data, and security teams to drive high-leverage initiatives that enable safer, smarter, and more scalable products. This role reports to a Director of Product.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in technical or platform-oriented products.
• Experience in security, data, infrastructure, governance, or privacy domains.
• Ability to define strategy, prioritize, and execute across complex initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for security and data capabilities to improve platform resilience and trust.
• Understand customer needs and business priorities to identify high-impact opportunities in security, governance, access, and data usability.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, security, legal, and GTM teams to translate priorities into clear requirements and launches.
• Lead complex initiatives from discovery through delivery, balancing customer value, tech constraints, and platform health.
• Serve as a product-area leader, aligning stakeholders and measuring outcomes to improve performance.
