Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B software product management experience.
• Experience owning roadmaps and writing high-quality requirements.
• Proven ability to ship enterprise-grade software.
• Experience engaging with enterprise customers and gathering structured feedback.
• Strong collaboration with sales, marketing and GTM teams.
• Ability to translate customer pain into product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Secure File Gateway and ICAP Server.
• Drive adoption and growth by improving usability, performance, scalability, and integration.
• Lead market and competitive analysis across ICAP, proxy, secure web gateway, and inline inspection technologies.
• Translate customer feedback, field insights, and usage data into clear requirements and prioritize initiatives.
• Partner with engineering to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales, sales engineering, marketing, and customer success on go-to-market strategy, launches, and enablement.
• Support strategic opportunities by participating in customer conversations and complex deal cycles.
• Define and track success metrics tied to adoption, customer value, and platform performance.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring ICAP meets the expectations of regulated environments.
