Job summary

OPSWAT in the US seeks a Director of Product Management to own ICAP’s strategy and growth, shaping the next generation of Proxy-focused solutions. You will align market needs with a clear product direction and partner with Engineering to ensure scalable, high-quality execution.

You will drive bookings, pipeline, and customer adoption across regions, collaborating with Sales, GTM, and Vietnam-based teams to deliver impact and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise or security products at scale.
• Strong understanding of proxy technologies, ICAP, networking.
• Track record partnering with Engineering to deliver complex products.
• Commercial acumen supporting bookings, pipeline, and customer conversations.
• Experience in a global, distributed environment, including collaboration with diverse teams.
• Director-level leadership is preferred, with impact over title.

Responsibilities

• Set and own ICAP product vision and roadmap, including Proxy-focused evolution.
• Translate market signals and customer needs into clear product direction.
• Partner with Engineering for fast, high-quality execution and scalable architecture.
• Drive bookings, pipeline, and customer adoption with Sales and GTM teams.
• Represent ICAP with confidence to customers, partners, and leadership.
• Balance innovation with operational excellence to ensure reliability and trust.
• Lead a global product organization with urgency, clarity, and accountability.
