OPSWAT, Inc. is seeking a Principal Hardware Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of its security appliance portfolio.

This role sits at the intersection of hardware engineering, supply chain, software product, and compliance, translating business strategy into a differentiated, certifiable hardware portfolio for critical infrastructure environments. You will lead multi-year roadmaps, drive the full NPI lifecycle from concept to mass production, and manage生命周期 policies,

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years PM experience, with at least 6 in hardware product management for networked/embedded appliances.

Aufgaben

• Own multi-year hardware roadmap across the appliance portfolio, including SKU strategy, form factors, performance tiers, refresh cadence, and platform consolidation.
• Manage full NPI lifecycle from Concept → Proto → EVT → DVT → PVT → Mass Production with gating and schedule governance.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle including General Availability, sustaining, EOS/EOSL, and migration paths; publish lifecycle policies.
• Own appliance P&L levers: BOM costs, ASP, margins, attach rates, and inventory exposure.
• Define hardware requirements from market insights, perform competitive analysis, and identify defensible differentiation.
• Coordinate certification roadmap (FIPS 140-3, NIAP, DoDIN APL, FCC/CE/UKCA, UL/IEC 62368) and manage lab timing and budgets.
