Job summary

Arbor Education seeks a collaborative Senior Product Manager to translate operational needs of school stakeholders into market-leading HRIS capabilities. You’ll unify engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver scalable, compliant digital tools across a remote UK environment.

You’ll own the roadmap, manage backlogs with RICE, and lead agile ceremonies while delivering high-quality experiences in line with UK statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• SaaS product experience in a B2B/B2C SaaS environment.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI design methodologies.
• Proven ability to scale product reach and user base.
• Hands-on proficiency with enterprise product management tools (Jira, Figma, Productboard, Slite).
• Experience using data-driven prioritisation frameworks (RICE).
• Collaboration with GTM teams to drive product marketing and launches.
• Structured agile practices and sprint ceremonies.
• Excellent verbal and written British English communication.
• Autonomous, self-starting delivery with ownership of outcomes.
• Proven cross-functional delivery with distributed teams.
• Passion for improving working lives of school stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for user-facing HRIS tools.
• Translate strategies into milestones and plans with clear timelines.
• Collaborate with CTO and engineers to deliver capabilities that drive growth.
• Translate user needs into epics, stories, and definitions.
• Prioritise backlogs using data and RICE framework.
• Lead sprint ceremonies and backlog grooming with the engineering team.
• Balance quality with on-time delivery and adjust strategies as needed.
• Develop wireframes and interface concepts for rapid iteration.
• Ensure design choices align with modern UI/UX standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Finance, and Legal on compliance.
• Link product functionality to defined revenue and upsell targets.
• Educate Sales and CS teams on new releases and features.
• Represent product areas in stakeholder communications and governance.
• Gather data-driven insights to inform goal-setting.
