Job summary

12twenty is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a major product line in the talent acquisition space for higher education recruitment. You will own the vision, roadmap, and cross-functional execution with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver data-driven product experiences.

You will partner with UX/research teams, conduct discovery through user interviews and data analysis, and obsess over user outcomes while iterating on features that drive engagement and value for schools,

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership.
Experience in a scrappy startup/scale-up or resource-constrained setting.
Hands-on experience building AI agents or AI-powered tools.
Proven success leading B2B SaaS initiatives in recruiting/talent acquisition.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams.

Responsibilities

Own the long-term product vision and strategy for a major product line or initiative.
Define and communicate a clear product roadmap aligned with company goals and user needs.
Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on market research, customer feedback, and business impact.
Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
Represent the product team in strategic discussions with executive leadership and engage with users to uncover pain points.
