Job summary

Nava is seeking a Product Manager/Owner for Salesforce-based products to define vision, goals, and success metrics. You will collaborate with designers, business analysts, and technical leads to synthesize market research, user needs, and requirements, shaping a clear product path.

In Nava’s remote-first environment, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to develop and ship projects, maintaining an outcome-centric, user-centric approach across government modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on Salesforce-based products.
• Hands-on understanding of the Salesforce data model, including objects, fields, relationships, record types, and page layouts.
• Ability to define product objectives and logically reverse engineer the path to achieve them.
