TriNet in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to research, design and drive the development of product solutions for our SMB clients, site employees and colleagues. You will craft product requirements, manage roadmaps, and work with Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Legal, Design, Engineering and others to deliver features from concept to production.

The role emphasizes go-to-market strategy, market research and agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Typically 5+ years experience in Product roles such as Product Manager, Solution Architect, or Business Analyst.
• Typically 5+ years of transforming business requirements into technical solutions that drive value.

Responsibilities

• Shape the long-term product and business direction with product leadership.
• Develop strategy and roadmap with stakeholders to drive implementation.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide product discovery.
• Develop go-to-market strategy aligned with market needs.
• Own features from conception to launch with Design, Engineering and QA teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Prioritize backlog with clear benefits and manage ongoing feature requests.
• Document features as epics and user stories for clarity.
• Produce collateral to support Marketing and Sales during launches.
• Participate in agile ceremonies as a Scrum team member.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
