TriNet seeks a Senior Product Manager to research, design, and drive product solutions that support our SMB clients, worksite employees, and colleagues. You will develop go-to-market strategies, conduct market research, and manage roadmaps with a cross-functional team to translate requirements from concept to production.

You will identify business needs, document requirements, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Legal, Design, Engineering, and others to ensure successful product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Typically 5+ years in product roles such as Product Manager, Solution Architect, or Business Analyst.
• Experience transforming business requirements into technical solutions that drive value.

Responsibilities

• Shape long-term product and business direction.
• Develop strategy and roadmap with stakeholders to drive implementation.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to inform product discovery.
• Own features from conception to launch with Design, Engineering and QA teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Strategy and Legal to align roadmaps and requirements.
• Prioritize the product backlog with clear benefits and manage scope and bugs.
