Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Senior Product Manager to research, design and drive product development for TriNet clients, employees, and colleagues. You will shape product and go-to-market strategies, conduct market research, and manage roadmaps while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Legal, Design, and Engineering.

You will own features from conception to production, ensuring alignment with business needs and stakeholder requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Typically 5+ years in product roles such as Product Manager, Solution Architect, or Business Analyst.
• Experience transforming business requirements into technical solutions that drive value.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product leadership to shape long-term product and business direction.
• Develop product strategy and execute roadmaps with stakeholders to drive implementation.
• Conduct market research and competitive data analysis to drive product discovery.
• Develop go-to-market strategies aligned with market needs and client requirements.
• Own features from conception to launch with Design, Engineering, and QA teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Prioritize the product backlog with clear benefits while managing requests.
• Document planned features as epics and user stories.
• Produce collateral for Marketing and Sales on new releases.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies as a scrum team member.
