Job summary

TriNet seeks a Senior Product Manager to research, design, and drive product solutions for clients, site employees, and colleagues. You will develop product and GTM strategies, conduct market research, and manage roadmaps with a cross-functional team to turn concepts into production.

You’ll identify and document business requirements, partner with Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Legal, Design, and Engineering, and own end-to-end features from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Typically 5+ years in product roles (PM, Solution Architect, BA) or related
• Able to transform business requirements into technical solutions delivering value

Responsibilities

• Shape long-term product and business direction with product leadership.
• Develop strategy and execute roadmaps with stakeholders to drive implementation.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product discovery.
• Own features from conception to launch with Design, Engineering, and QA teams.
• Create clear epics and user stories; document planned features for Marketing and Sales.
