Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Product Manager to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the core Spaces experience. You will shape how users create and navigate Spaces, integrate context, and streamline workflows across navigation, resources, and agents.

You will partner with Design and Engineering to improve product quality, onboarding, activation, and retention while establishing success metrics and using data to guide iteration across a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Ownership of a major user-facing product.
• Proven track record in building B2B SaaS, productivity, workflow, collaboration, or knowledge-management products.
• Strong product and design judgment.
• Experience simplifying complex workflows or information architecture.
• Experience taking products through early definition, scaling, adoption, and refinement.
• Experience improving activation, onboarding, engagement, or retention.
• Ability to independently drive work from problem to outcome in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Deep customer orientation.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence Engineering, Design, GTM, and other partners.
• Preferred: experience building multi-user workspaces or collaboration products.
• Preferred: experience with enterprise complexity, permissions, governance, or sensitive data.
• Preferred: experience building AI-powered products or workflows involving AI agents.
• Preferred: experience at a high-growth technology company

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the core Spaces experience.
• Shape how users create and navigate Spaces, bring in context, run work, and return to Spaces.
• Simplify workflows across navigation, information architecture, resources, activity, and agents.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to improve product quality and end-to-end coherence.
• Improve onboarding, activation, entry points, defaults, and repeat usage.
• Establish success metrics and use data and research to guide iteration.
• Lead product development from discovery and definition through launch, measurement, and continued improvement.
• Engage with law firms, in-house legal teams, and end users to understand workflows and inform product decisions.
• Partner with adjacent product teams so Spaces fits across Harvey’s platform
