You will evaluate market opportunities, align with customer needs, and drive product expansion while collaborating across teams to ensure successful delivery and customer value.

• Support migration considerations for customers transitioning to Propello.
• Develop deep understanding of Epicor retail applications and advocate for product improvements.
• Provide product direction across retail pods and Product Owner teams.
