Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Retail to guide Propello and the broader Epicor retail portfolio. You will partner across Product, Sales, Sales Engineering, and Development to translate market insights into roadmaps and prioritized features that drive growth.

You will bring strong retail domain knowledge, strategic judgment, and the ability to align customer value with business impact while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong retail industry knowledge with understanding of retail workflows and market dynamics.
• Experience in roadmap management, backlog prioritization, and translating business needs into product direction.
• Ability to make and support prioritization decisions based on market and business needs.
• Ability to connect product capabilities to business problems and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Collaborates across Product, Development, Sales, and Sales Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product leadership to shape product direction, roadmap priorities, backlog decisions, pricing, strategy, and commercialization.
• Drive growth of Propello by evaluating market opportunities, product-market fit and customer needs.
• Prioritize feature requests based on retail business needs, sales demand, customer value, and market opportunity.
• Collaborate with Sales and Sales Engineering to translate market needs into actionable requirements.
• Support migration considerations for customers transitioning to Propello and identify product gaps.
• Develop deep understanding of Epicor retail apps and communicate how capabilities solve business challenges.
• Provide direction across retail product pods and Product Owner teams, sharing market insights.
