Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and post-production monitoring.
• Lead migrations and modernization efforts, including legacy-to-modern transitions and parallel-run strategies.
• Define and track OKRs; measure outcomes and communicate business impact to leadership.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive communication with tech and business leaders.
• Proven Agile execution: backlog ownership, JIRA/Confluence, release management, and cross-team coordination.
