Job summary

Qualifications
- 7+ years of cross-functional, project, or product management experience in healthcare.
- 5+ years in one or more of: management consulting, financial analysis, project management, public policy, M&A, operations, or strategic execution.
- Ability to translate product strategy into implementation plans and track development.
- Experience solving customer needs and delivering product visions with attention to system linkages.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with Resources for Living priorities.
- Lead end-to-end project implementation with cross-functional teams.
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple products/projects to meet deadlines.
- Identify gaps and risks; develop mitigation strategies and escalate as needed.
- Influence senior leaders and stakeholders to advance initiatives.
- Stay current on behavioral health trends and EAP innovations for product strategy.
