Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior-level product/project leader to shape strategic initiatives in behavioral health and employee assistance programs. You will drive multi-year plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities while managing complex programs.

This role emphasizes healthcare experience, data-driven decision making, and strong collaboration with executives and partners across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cross-functional, project, or product management experience in the healthcare industry.
• 5+ years of experience and expertise in management consulting, financial analysis, project management, public policy, mergers and acquisitions, operations management, and/or strategic execution.
• Proven ability to translate product strategy into a high-level implementation plan and detailed project plans.
• Experience solving customer needs and delivering on a product vision with system linkages and technical implications.
• Ability to articulate product and technical strategy to business partners during development and requirements sessions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with Resources for Living priorities.
• Lead end-to-end project implementation with cross-functional delivery.
• Manage multiple products/projects with prioritization to meet deadlines.
• Influence senior leaders and stakeholders to advance initiatives.
• Stay current on behavioral health trends and EAP innovations and apply them to product strategy.
• Represent the company with executives, providers, vendors and customers.
• Support the Product Leader with product inquiries and related activities.
