Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Product/Project leader to develop and execute strategic plans for Resources for Living. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and align priorities with organizational goals.

The role requires strong stakeholder influence, risk management, and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans while staying current on behavioral health trends.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cross-functional, project, or product management in healthcare.
• Experience translating product strategy into implementation and project plans.
• Ability to articulate strategy to business partners during development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with Resources for Living priorities.
• Lead end-to-end project implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple products and projects to meet deadlines.
• Partner with managers and segments to address workflows and interdependencies.
• Influence senior leaders to advance strategies and initiatives.
• Identify gaps, risks, and mitigation strategies; escalate as needed.
• Stay current on behavioral health trends and EAP innovations.
• Represent CVS Health with executives, partners, and customers.
• Support the Product Leader with product inquiries and related activities.
