Job summary

LINQ, a high-growth software company serving K-12 districts, is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own our reporting and analytics product. You will lead end-to-end development across all LINQ products, delivering tiered reporting experiences and actionable insights for districts we serve.

You will partner across ERP, Nutrition, Payments, and State teams to align requirements, define the backlog, and drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience on SaaS products
• Experience owning a complex, multi-stakeholder product with technical foundation
• Strong customer discovery and district/enterprise interviewing skills
• Ability to drive alignment across multiple product teams without direct authority
• Familiarity with data reporting requirements (SRC, FERPA) is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting and analytics product end-to-end including roadmap and delivery milestones
• Lead selection and implementation of a BI platform across product lines
• Partner with ERP, Nutrition, Payments, and State to align on reporting requirements
• Translate customer and business needs into a clear backlog with acceptance criteria
• Build and communicate business cases for investments and net-new revenue lines
• Own internal reporting to ensure trustworthy data for Product, CS, and Operations
• Collaborate on architectural decisions to scale the product
• Identify risks and sequencing dependencies across a multi-year roadmap
• Contribute to broader product strategy with data-driven insights
