Job summary

LINQ is seeking a Product Manager to own LINQ Connect and School Fees, guiding discovery through post-launch iteration for a family- and district-facing platform. You will own the roadmap, translate needs into epics, and work with engineering, design, and customer success to deliver value at scale.

The role emphasizes regulatory awareness, data-driven prioritization, and collaboration across teams to improve engagement and financial workflows for districts and families.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of product management experience on SaaS or complex business applications.
• Experience managing consumer-facing (B2C) native mobile products on both iOS and Android.
• Experience managing a product backlog and working within agile development practices.
• Proven ability to turn inputs (data, research, customer requests) into tangible outcomes for users and the business.
• Experience using multi-modal research techniques to inform decisions and validate assumptions.
• Strong technical fluency to discuss tradeoffs with engineering.
• Ability to collaborate and build trusted relationships without formal authority.
• Experience in HR/payroll/finance/EdTech is a plus.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate work.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle for LINQ Connect and School Fees: discovery, requirements, prioritization, delivery, and post-launch iteration.
• Gather and synthesize requirements for the product line and translate requests into value-centric epics and user stories.
• Prioritize and maintain a healthy product backlog balancing enhancements, defects, and compliance needs.
• Lead agile ceremonies with engineering and QA—planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Build and maintain a roadmap that communicates strategic priorities to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and dependencies early; surface options and recommendations.
• Collaborate across teams to manage cross-product dependencies.
• Monitor competition and user feedback to refine direction.
• Support product launches with docs, release readiness, and enablement.
