Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape strategy and execution across multiple digital product lines. You will define roadmaps for Customer Journey areas like Intake/Scheduling or Revenue Management, balancing user needs with technical feasibility.

You will collaborate across engineering, design, and operations to deliver scalable, delightful experiences that align with company goals, driving impact and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or business; equivalent experience accepted.
• 7+ years of product management experience in tech/SaaS preferred.
• Proven track record managing products from concept to launch.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
• Prioritize features and maintain product roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support.
• Own delivery of features on the roadmap and manage stakeholders.
