Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a Product Management Senior Consultant to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of products powering its logistics and transportation network. You will own the full product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to launching scalable solutions that improve cost, speed, reliability, safety, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Expert knowledge of network performance data and product, program, or technology management within a logistics environment.
• Expert knowledge of systems integration, operational platforms, and asset management technologies.
• Exceptional skills in data analytics, business intelligence tools, and systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for logistics, transportation, and operational technology initiatives.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve network efficiency, cost structure, safety, scalability, and service performance.
• Develop business cases, metrics, and investment trade-offs to guide prioritization and execution using data analytics and emerging tech.
• Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and manage delivery milestones across teams.
• Navigate operational, technical, and regulatory considerations affecting logistics products.
• Assess product performance and continuously refine solutions to improve outcomes.
