Better Trucks is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the Operations Product Stack, partnering with Engineering, Operations, Design, and Data to improve last mile efficiency, visibility, and delivery performance. Location options include Remote (US) or Hybrid (Chicago).
Responsibilities include defining strategy and roadmap, prioritizing features from customer feedback, and leading products from discovery through launch while communicating progress to leadership.
Reporting to the Vice President of Product and Customer Success, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Better Trucks' Operations Product Stack. You will partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Design, and Data to build products that improve operational efficiency, network visibility, and delivery performance across our last mile network.
Location: Remote (US) or Hybrid (Chicago)
8+ years of product management experience building software products.
Experience developing products for logistics, transportation, supply chain, operations, or other complex business environments.
Strong track record of leading products from strategy through execution.
Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
