Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a Product Management Senior Consultant to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of products powering our logistics and transportation network. You will own the full product lifecycle from identifying opportunities to launching scalable solutions that improve cost, speed, reliability, safety, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Expert knowledge of network performance data and product, program, or technology management within a logistics environment.
• Expert knowledge of systems integration, operational platforms, and asset management technologies.
• Exceptional skills in data analytics, business intelligence tools, and systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for logistics, transportation, and operational technology initiatives.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities that improve network efficiency, cost structure, safety, scalability, and service performance.
• Develop business cases, success metrics, and investment trade-offs to guide prioritization and execution; use data analytics, automation, and emerging technologies to improve operational outcomes.
• Translate customer and operational needs into clear product, functional, and technical requirements while managing delivery milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams and systems.
• Navigate the operational, technical, and regulatory considerations affecting logistics and transportation products.
• Assess product performance using real-world results and continuously refine solutions to improve business and operational outcomes.

OnTrac is hiring a Product Management Senior Consultant!

Location:

Remote - This position may be performed remotely in states where the company is authorized to employ individuals.

Compensation:

The expected starting base pay range for this position is $140,000 - $175,000, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $140,000 - $210,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, or other incentive compensation in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.

Employment Logistics:

The Product Management Senior Consultant leads the strategy, development, and delivery of products that power OnTrac’s logistics and transportation network. This role owns the full product lifecycle, from identifying strategic opportunities through launching scalable solutions that improve cost, speed, reliability, safety, and customer experience. The position collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to launch products that enable smarter network operations, increased visibility, and data-driven decision-making.

The salary range above represents the national range for this position. The salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at OnTrac, and the actual base salary offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to: Geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, job-related skills and competencies, market alignment, and financial considerations.
