Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Junior Ecommerce Product Manager to join our team. You will work with clients in two models: Team Augmentation or Design & Build, delivering ecommerce solutions and optimizing digital transactions.

The role requires 2+ years of PM experience, a four-year degree, and Advanced English. Remote work is available within the US, with a later move to a hybrid model (2 days/week in Las Vegas). Base salary ranges from $60K to $70K, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Digital Product Strategy.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Demonstrated experience in e-commerce or digital transaction environments, optimizing user journeys and checkout/booking flows.

Responsibilities

• Manage backlogs, define scope, and write clear user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver features.
• Drive conversion rates in ecommerce flows and optimize checkout experiences.
