Job summary

Camunda is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Core Platform, including Zeebe, the cloud-native workflow engine at the heart of Camunda. Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in distributed systems or cloud-native products.
• Experience with OKRs, customer research techniques, product design, Go-To-Market planning, backlog management, and Agile teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to customers.
• Understanding of scalability, fault tolerance, event-driven architecture, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Define market-driven vision, strategy, and product requirements for Camunda core platform.
• Manage feedback from communities, customers, partners, and internal teams to drive innovation.
• Prioritize incoming feature requests and align epics with roadmap.
• Keep the self-managed team equipped to work on the appropriate epics.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, and Field teams.
