Hospitable.com is a remote-only, fully distributed company that hires by timezones, not countries. We seek a product leader with 5+ years in B2B SaaS to drive strategy, roadmaps and multi-million dollar lines of business across global time zones.

You'll shape the product vision, partner with sales and engineering, and own delivery with a focus on impact, speed, and customer value. A strong communicator with empathy will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, real estate or hospitality software.
• Exceptional communication skills - especially written - with a particular knack for clearly and precisely articulating customer concerns.
• High degree of empathy toward customers and teammates.
• Track record of owning 0→1, end-to-end product and feature development.
• Intense focus on shipping products and making trade-offs to maximize impact.
• Ability to manage a project, structuring it into work categories, dependencies and priorities.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and persistent in ensuring product success.
• Able to make decisions when surrounded by uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Drive outcomes and own results on multi-million dollar business lines.
• Develop and implement product vision, strategy and roadmap with rapid, shippable projects.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to shape requirements and features.
• Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps based on customer interactions.
• Partner with sales, support, and engineering to ship features that solve the right problems.
• Ensure new features launch smoothly and on schedule.
• Prioritize and balance engineering cost with business impact.
• Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
