PLOS is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team for a 12-month maternity cover contract. The role is fully remote, with applications accepted from candidates based in the UK.

You'll take responsibility for a product area, working with designers, engineers and colleagues across PLOS to understand problems, test assumptions and move the service forward in scholarly publishing. Formación

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• At least three years' experience working as a Product Manager in a multidisciplinary digital product team.
• Experience using product discovery alongside delivery to understand problems.
• Experience working with significant uncertainty or ambiguity.
• Experience turning complex problems into clear priorities and next steps.
• Experience making product decisions using user evidence, data, goals and constraints.
• Experience communicating product thinking clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating with people outside the immediate product team.
