PLOS is a nonprofit open-access science publisher committed to advancing open science and making research freely available to everyone. We seek a senior leader to guide journal portfolio strategy and oversee a distributed publishing team.

You will drive portfolio performance, oversee budgets and forecasting, and build essential partnerships across the organization to sustain impact and reach. This remote role includes a home office stipend and generous PTO to support work-life balance.
