Job summary

MVF is a media and marketing business connecting customers with brands they are ready to buy. We seek a Senior User Researcher for a maternity cover on a fixed-term contract to own end-to-end research, from framing questions to influencing product decisions.

The role focuses on the B2B side, partnering with marketing, design, product and sales to understand customer behaviours, needs and motivations through qualitative methods, shaping strategies to improve experience and conversion.

Qualifications

• Proven Senior User Researcher in cross-functional teams delivering user-centred products.
• Experience with qualitative methods: in-depth interviews, usability testing (moderated & unmoderated).
• Knowledge of quantitative methods: A/B testing, surveys.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end research projects from framing to synthesis and stakeholder alignment.
• Plan and execute qualitative methods to uncover customer needs and motivations.
• Collaborate with CRO to integrate qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Analyze qualitative data to identify patterns and actionable insights.
• Document findings and present recommendations to inform product decisions.
• Support product and design teams in applying research insights.
• Maintain research repository (e.g., Dovetail) for cross-team reuse.
• Prioritize multiple projects and balance timelines without quality loss.
• Design and facilitate UX workshops to translate insights into action.
• Collaborate with the broader UX team and contribute to research operations and AI-enabled workflows.
