Job summary

Epta Group in the United States is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive a refrigeration product portfolio through its full PLC, from market introduction to end-of-life. You will define commercial objectives and lead marketing and go-to-market strategies to ensure long-term product success.

The role demands strong cross-functional leadership, 5+ years in the refrigeration sector, and a track record of managing B2B or B2C products across industrial, commercial, or mechanical markets.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Marketing, or Product Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with mandatory background in refrigeration.
• Experience managing products of similar scale in B2B or B2C markets.

Responsibilities

• Own Product, Project, and Category Management for the portfolio.
• Manage in-life product optimization, feedback, requirements and issues.
• Define Multi-Year Product Plan aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback for actionable requirements.
• Create programs and collateral to market and sell the product.
• Define pricing and go-to-market plans with phase-in/out strategies.
• Support competitor analysis and ongoing market intelligence tracking.
