Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an Aftermarket Product Development Manager to drive new product development, enhancements, and connected aftermarket offerings within the transport refrigeration sector. You will lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Service and Supply Chain to deliver high-quality aftermarket solutions aligned with customer needs and market dynamics.

The role requires deep technical and project management expertise with a focus on NPI, lifecycle management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of product development experience in transport refrigeration, HVAC or heavy duty trucking.
• 3+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new aftermarket products from concept to launch, meeting safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate multiple projects with cross-functional teams to meet aggressive timelines and KPIs.
• Gather customer needs with Sales, Marketing and dealer networks to establish value propositions for adoption.
