Job summary

hyrusinc is seeking an experienced senior product leader to own the multi-year strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for Rail Incident Management and Service Disruption capabilities. You will partner with rail operations, customer experience, technology, and executives to translate complex operational challenges into scalable product solutions.

You will drive priority setting, govern cross-functional delivery under SAFe, and ensure alignment with safety standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive product management experience leading complex enterprise solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with incident management systems and service continuity platforms.
Experience in Agile and SAFe delivery environments.
Proficiency with Jira Align, Confluence, Visio, Figma, and MS Office.
Strong executive presence and stakeholder facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the multi-year product strategy, vision, roadmap, and success metrics for enterprise Rail Incident Management.
Serve as primary liaison between rail operations, customer experience teams, technology organizations, and executive leadership to translate complex operational challenges into scalable technology solutions.
Lead investment decisions and prioritize features based on operational risk, customer impact, business value, and regulatory alignment.
Collaborate with Agile/SAFe delivery teams across multiple interdependent workstreams to ensure on-time, high-quality roadmap milestones.
Establish product decision-making frameworks, manage cross-functional dependencies, and align with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead discovery initiatives with field personnel and operational control centers to define detailed business requirements, acceptance criteria, and user workflows.
Evaluate product health and operational resilience using data-driven insights, customer feedback, and performance metrics to drive optimization.
Synthesize strategy, progress, dependencies, risks, and ROI into clear briefings for executives and key stakeholders.
