Job summary

You will define strategy, own the roadmap, and lead cross-functional teams to translate complex rail industry requirements into software solutions with measurable impact.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management, consulting, market research, logistics, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Deep knowledge of AAR Field and Office Manuals and translating codes into software logic.
- CRB systems, price matrices, and automated validation rules.
- Experience with lifecycle management and compliance timelines.
- Familiarity with AAR CRB data formats and billing data transmission.
- Understanding of rail industry dispute-workflows and CBAs.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and vision based on market trends and priorities.
- Develop deep understanding of target customers and the freight rail ecosystem.
- Plan and maintain the product roadmap with stakeholder alignment.
- Gather feedback via interviews and prototyping to drive innovation.
- Develop GTM, pricing, and messaging to drive adoption and growth.
- Monitor competitive landscape and emerging technologies to stay innovative.
