ComplianceQuest is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define, build, launch, and grow the next generation of Quality, Risk, and Compliance platform. The ideal candidate will be experienced in enterprise product management, preferably with EQMS or adjacent software, and will own cloud QMS and quality control solutions.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners to drive adoption, continuous improvement, and cloud-based product success.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B agile software product management.
- Experience with Quality Management systems or EQMS.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform is a plus.
- Proven ability to translate user needs into actionable requirements.
- Experience creating epics and user stories.
- Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
- Comfort with ambiguity and decision-making.
Responsabilités
- Be the product evangelist for modules and features.
- Design, prototype, and configure solutions rapidly.
- Define requirements and write user stories for engineering and QA.
- Lead roadmap and vision with cross-functional teams.
- Stay current with CQ app and Salesforce ecosystem.
- Prepare training and ensure adoption.
- Maintain CQ training in CQ-QMS.
- Ensure compliance with CQ information security.
