Quest Analytics is building technology to help health plans tackle complex challenges. We’re seeking a Product Manager for Compliance & Operational Efficiency who can turn problems into clear product work and partner with Engineering to deliver real outcomes.

In this hands-on role you’ll explore workflows, map requirements, and lead cross-functional discovery with Product, Engineering, Client Services, and Sales to bring capabilities to market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Strong fundamentals in discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Experience translating complex customer or business problems into clear requirements and actionable work for Engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize product capabilities supporting Quest Analytics' healthcare compliance solutions.
• Develop a clear understanding of customers, problems, and value; translate into actionable product work.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure discovery, planning, and execution align with desired outcomes.
• Break complex problems into clear requirements, user stories, and development work; maintain PM discipline during execution.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Client Services, Sales, and Product Marketing to bring capabilities to market.
• Establish baselines and success metrics; measure impact of product improvements through outcomes such as time saved and throughput gains.
