Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Healthcare product technology experience is required.
• Strong PM fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear requirements for Engineering.
• Experience analyzing workflows to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to establish baselines and measure impact.
• Facilitation, interviewing, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance priorities, drive decisions, and influence stakeholders.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI/LLM tools and leveraging emerging tech.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize product capabilities supporting healthcare compliance solutions.
• Translate customer and market problems into actionable product work.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver solutions end-to-end.
• Break complex problems into clear requirements, user stories, and development plans.
• Maintain PM discipline focusing on outcomes over requested features.
• Lead launch, enablement, and ongoing optimization of capabilities.
