PLP Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define, build, launch, and grow cloud Quality Management System software solutions for manufacturing, medical devices, and pharma. You will own the product vision, work with cross-functional teams, and drive adoption in a remote, USA-based setting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software product management, strong SCRUM experience, and a track record of translating business needs into practical software requirements.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in software product management.
  • 5+ years SCRUM experience.
  • Experience collaborating with Designers, Engineers, QC, and Product Managers.
  • Experience preparing BRDs and translating requirements into working software.
  • Ability to manage epics, user stories, defects in Jira.
  • CSPO/PO certification or SAFe POPM preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce/EQMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Be the product evangelist for assigned modules and features.
  • Hands-on design, prototyping, configuration to validate solutions.
  • Communicate requirements to engineering and QA with clarity.
  • Develop roadmaps, set vision, and own feature adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers for success.
  • Stay current with CQ, Salesforce, and CQ-QMS developments.
  • Follow SDLC and SCRUM, maintain training in CQ.

Sr. Product ManagerJob detailsProduct / Product ManagementRemote-USAFull-time**Join the team that's transforming compliance and quality for the modern enterprise.**The Senior Product Manager will define, build, launch, and grow the next generation of Quality Management System software solutions for manufacturing, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and other industries we serve. The ideal candidate is a high energy, passionate individual with experience in enterprise product management preferably with EQMS or adjacentsoftware. In this role, you will be responsible for building cloud Quality Management System and Quality Control software solutions.**Responsibilities and Duties**· Be the product evangelist. Become the subject matter expert for internal stakeholders and external customers for assigned modules and features.· Be hands-on. Design, Prototype, Configure - validate solutions rapidly to ensure we solve the right problems, in the right order.· Be a storyteller. Conceptualize and design high-quality specifications and communicate specific, actionable requirements to your engineering and quality assurance teammates. Prepare requirements, clickable prototypes, concepts, epics, and user stories as required while following the SDLC and SCRUM methodology using AI.· Be a leader. Look for opportunities to innovate, keep up with the latest software, and industry trends distilling them into product requirements.· Be an owner. Cultivate the roadmap for your new product, set the product vision, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and customers. Enable other teams to understand and support your features so they are successfully adopted and used by customers.· Stay current with technological developments related to the CQ application, Salesforce platform, and Salesforce certificationsMaintain assigned CQ training in CQ-QMS.· Comply with all internal CQ Quality and Information Security requirements.· All other responsibilities / duties as assigned.**Qualifications****Education**· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, related discipline, or equivalent work experience.**Experience**· 5+ years of experience with software product management.· 5+ years of experience with SCRUM· Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of Designers, Engineers, QC, and Product Managers throughout the software development lifecycle.· Experience preparing business requirements design documentation that developers and QC can use to translate business requirements into working software.· Ability to use JIRA or similar tools to create and manage epics, user stories, defects, and production issues.· Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner, or SAFe POPM· Experience creating user flows and wireframes to build user interface mockups using design and prototyping tools such as Figma Make, Figma, Claude, Google Stitch, Balsamiq, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, and Invision.· Comfortable with ambiguity, taking ownership, and making decisions.· Strong written and verbal communication skills.· Comfortable collaborating with customers.· Works well as part of a team and as an individual contributor.· Passionate about understanding and designing to users’ desires, needs, and goals and problems to solve. Problem led product management thinking is required to be successful in this role.· Excited about developing new innovative cloud software solutions.**Preferred Qualifications**· Building B2B software applications on the Salesforce platform· Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems, Incoming/Outgoing Inspections, Change Control / Change Management, and related processes· One or more Salesforce certifications (Certified Business Analyst, Certified Platform Administrator, Certified Platform App Builder, Certified Application Architect, Certified Agentforce Specialist)· Post-graduate diploma/degree in Quality Management Systems, Six Sigma, Lean, Operational Excellence, or equivalent· Experience with Quality Management System software (EQMS) (e.g. Veeva, MasterControl, EtQ, Sparta, INTELEX, Cority)· Work experience in Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices Automotive, Aerospace, in one or more industries.· Member of American Society of Quality.
