Job summary

Viz.ai in the United States is seeking a Pulmonary Senior Product Manager who brings firsthand clinical experience to own one or more care pathways in the Pulmonary suite, from clinic problem to solution testing and adoption.

You will focus on COPD, AATD, and broader pulmonary workflows, collaborating with Clinical and CMO to ensure clinical soundness and evidence-driven decisions; this role blends clinical insight with product leadership and AI-enabled prototyping.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with completed specialty training in pulmonary medicine and medical licensure.
• 3+ years of clinical practice in pulmonary medicine with outpatient experience preferred.
• Product management or digital health experience, or proven improvements to clinical workflows.
• Structured problem-solving and cross-team execution.
• Familiarity with pulmonary guidelines and Epic EHR workflows.
• Curiosity about AI products and willingness to prototype.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more pulmonary care pathways end to end, translating guidelines and evidence into patient criteria, care gap logic, and workflow design.
• Lead discovery and site visits with pulmonary care teams and KOLs, and turn what you learn into prioritized problems and recommendations.
• Develop requirements with our product and engineering teams, set success measures, and drive cross-functional follow-through, surfacing dependencies and blockers early.
• Stay with products after go-live: identify barriers to use, partner with Customer Success, Implementation, Design, and Engineering to fix them, and use feedback and usage data to guide improvements.
• Lead clinical investigation and resolution of customer issues alongside our customer-facing teams, and partner with Clinical and the CMO on claims, validation, and evidence.
• Prototype and test ideas with clinicians using design and AI-assisted prototyping tools.
