Job summary

Viz.ai is seeking a Senior Product Manager with pulmonary expertise to own care pathways in our Pulmonary suite. You will translate clinical guidelines into patient criteria, drive roadmap, and test solutions with clinicians.

Reporting to the Pulmonary product leader, you’ll partner with Clinical teams to ensure decisions are clinically sound and evidence-informed, shaping go-live and adoption. This is hands-on product ownership.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with completed specialty training in pulmonary medicine and medical licensure.
• 3+ years of clinical practice in pulmonary medicine, outpatient experience preferred.
• Product management, digital health, or related experience improving clinical workflows.
• Structured problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with pulmonary guidelines and EHR workflows such as Epic.
• Curiosity about AI products and willingness to prototype and test ideas.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more pulmonary care pathways end to end from problem to adoption.
• Lead discovery visits with pulmonary teams and KOLs to define problems.
• Develop requirements with product and eng teams and set success measures.
• Stay post-launch to fix blockers using feedback and usage data.
• Collaborate with Clinical/CMO on validation, claims, and evidence.
• Prototype and test ideas with clinicians using AI-assisted tools.
