Viz.ai is seeking a Chief Product Officer to lead the strategy and execution of its AI-native Care Pathways platform. You will drive a multi-year product vision spanning EHR integrations, care pathways, and data infrastructure, while coordinating across R&D, Commercial, Clinical, and Marketing to expand into new markets.

You will scale Product Management, Product Marketing, and Design/UX across the US and Israel, aligning the organization around adoption metrics, ROI, and platform-level growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in platform-level product leadership.
• Experience with healthcare SaaS, clinical workflows, or EHR integrations is valued.
• Demonstrated ability to define multi-year product visions and roadmaps.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Clinical, R&D, and Marketing.
• Experience leading product design and UX teams in a global context.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute long-term product vision and roadmap for Viz.ai platform.
• Prioritize platform investments with alignment to growth in life sciences and health systems.
• Build and scale product management, product marketing, and design/UX teams in US and Israel.
• Own adoption targets (WAU, activation, retention) and drive evidence-based improvements.
• Lead pricing strategy and business cases for platform investments.
• Ensure EHR integrations (Epic, Cerner, etc.) align with clinical workflows.
