People Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead our data privacy and platform strategy in a hybrid New York role. You will balance business growth, audience personalization, and global privacy compliance, owning the DSR platform roadmap from conception to delivery.

You will collaborate with Legal, AdTech, and Engineering, guiding data architecture decisions, improving identity and data flows, and building user‑friendly privacy experiences that reinforce reader trust.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management owning backend platforms.
• Experience with data-heavy environments or compliance-related products.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with engineers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the DSR Platform roadmap and evolution across data silos.
• Balance privacy with product goals, ensuring GDPR/CCPA compliance.
• Guide data architecture decisions and collaborate with Legal, AdTech, and Eng.
• Design user-friendly privacy flows to build reader trust.
