People Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the DSR platform and guide our privacy-forward roadmap, balancing audience growth with global regulations.

You will collaborate with Legal, AdTech, and Engineering to design user-friendly privacy flows, improve data governance, and ensure compliant yet impactful product decisions across data silos. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on problem solving in a hybrid NY location.

Formación

• 5+ years in product management owning backend platforms.
• Experience in data-heavy environments or compliance/identity systems.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Own the DSR Platform. Lead the roadmap to evolve this from a compliance checkbox into a scalable, automated system that handles access, deletion, and portability requests across all our data silos.
• Balance Privacy & Product. Define how we manage data and identity to stay compliant without sacrificing user experience.
• Build the Foundation. Partner with engineering to modernize data architecture, including data lineage, governance, and security.
• Make Privacy User-Friendly. Design transparent, user-centric flows that help readers understand their data and build trust.
• Cross-Functional Strategy. Bridge between Legal, AdTech, and Engineering; explain risks to legal and regulatory requirements to engineering leads.
